The original investigation into the Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant's (PORTS) admitted criminal conspiracy.

The contamination of technetium-99, neptunium, plutonium; the highly unethical management at the plant, working for the Department of Energy, contributed to what we consider mass-murder by intentionally exposing the workforce and the surrounding community to radioactive isotopes without their knowledge.
