Suspiciously, in 2017 (and years before Covid-19) former president of the U.S., Donald Trump, gave the green light to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), etc. to create Potential Pandemic Pathogens (PPPs) and Enhanced Potential Pandemic Pathogens (EPPPs).
